The production of our farm holiday follows the integrated defence programme for the reduced application of fertilizers and pesticides. The farm holiday produces other products as well such as honey, fruit, vegetables of season, meat of our poultry farming, hams, salami and cold meats.

Our hand-picked olives are used for the production of the extra virgin olive oil and from their first pressing we obtain a low-acidity olive oil suitable for all type of cooking. For the production of our wine we use traditional species of vines such as sangiovese, trebbiano toscano, malvasia and colorino.

You will taste the typical vin santo, sweet wine obtained with selected white grapes, with the excellent cantuccini prepared by Laura. We have eggs, preserves, jams and other products obtained from our land.
